Avery Sunshine
Avery Sunshine, a singer-composer famous for his distinctive mixture of soul gospel, R&B as well as R&B. Sunshine has performed everywhere from Broadway up to the Democratic National Convention to the European club and festival scenes. Sunshine's real the name of Denise White. Although she is a resident of Atlanta currently, she is originally from Chester Pennsylvania. In Chester Pennsylvania she began her career as a musician, playing and singing at the local church. She went to Spellman College in Atlanta where she started her journey into music in the Atlanta's R&B scene. Sunshine became the focus of notice during the four performances at the 2008 Democratic National Convention and was then invited to sing at President Barack Obama's inauguration in 2009.
